Project Description
Enviro Links Design prepared the original concept and subsequent Development Application designs and detailed documentation for the IQ Apartments. The design includes a central first storey podium courtyard and two frontages landscapes. The design of the courtyard generates a variety of spaces that encourage both intimate and larger group congregations. Conversely the two frontages intend to achieve a high quality modern urban aesthetic.
