University of Canberra Student Village

Enviro Links Design undertook the design, documentation and construction surveillance of a new 3ha 18 apartment block student village accommodating over 500 students. The design included extensive outdoor spaces, communal recreation & bbq areas, pedestrian network and an integrated ‘shared zone’ carparking on a steep slope requiring intricate levels resolution to achieve PWD access to 15 of 19 buildings.
